For more than 25 years, I’ve helped organizations grow from promising ideas to lasting impact. As the former Executive Director of Connected Lane County, I helped transform a start-up into a powerhouse for youth opportunity, building partnerships, systems, and programs that now reach across the region.

That experience shapes how I work today bringing vision and strategy together through collaboration, clarity, and shared problem-solving. I’ve learned that strong operational foundations don’t limit creativity, they make it possible.

Today, I work alongside nonprofit leaders and community partners to strengthen systems, connect the dots, and build toward sustainable, long-term impact.

Why “Juniper”

Juniper doesn’t grow just anywhere.

It takes root in unlikely places. Rocky soil, high desert air, unrelenting wind. Conditions that seem harsh, even unforgiving. And yet, juniper doesn’t just survive. It adapts. It roots deeper. It becomes part of a system that makes life possible where it otherwise might not be. But it doesn’t do it alone.

A juniper tree depends on its ecosystem. The soil, the unseen networks beneath the surface, the balance of sun and space. Everything is connected. Everything matters. That’s how we think about our work.

At Juniper Co., we don’t impose solutions, we cultivate the conditions for growth. We pay attention to what’s already there: the people, the systems, the challenges, and the potential.
